Pharm-Pharmaceutical Science - Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh - (23000833)
 The candidate shall enhance the school’s organization efficiency and effectiveness by providing an advanced level of support to the faculty in accordance with the School of Pharmacy policies and procedures. The position involves providing administrative support for members of the Center for Clinical Pharmaceutical Sciences. The incumbent is to provide the center faculty members with administrative course support of team-taught courses and support for research related activities. The candidate will provide support for the Associate Dean of Graduate and Postdoctoral Programs and the Associate Director of the Institute for Personalized Medicine who are among the center faculty members. Research grant administrative responsibilities include purchasing research supplies and coordination of grant proposal submissions. Additional administrative duties include planning meetings, processing disbursements and travel reimbursements and posting/editing of video materials. Candidate wishing to apply should have a strong administrative background and willingness to work with instructional technology. This individual must have strong communication skills and an ability to prioritize work. Proficiency in commonly used software (such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat) is expected. 
Bachelor's degree or 3 years experience.
