Job Description:
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

The postdoctoral researcher will support research activities in the Applied Cognition Laboratory, in the Department of Psychology at Iowa State University. The postdoc will work closely with faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate research assistants associated with the laboratory, and contribute to funded research projects on investigative interviewing and credibility assessment. This will include developing and implementing new research studies, coordinating the coding of field and laboratory data on investigative interviews, and conducting systematic reviews of the existing literature.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

PhD in Psychology or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience conducting research in legal or forensic psychology, particularly on topics such as interviewing, interrogation or creditability assessment.
