| Position Overview | Purpose/Description: Set up, operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment, monitor experiments and record results. Assist in collecting and analyzing biological samples. Assist biological and medical scientists in laboratories. |

| Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |

| Knowledge, Skills and Abilities | * Knowledge and skills in using a range of software programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SPSS, STATA. * Ability to work independently. * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks. * Ability to communicate effectively; perform other administrative/clerical tasks. * Aptitude in general laboratory procedures, techniques, and documentation. * Willingness to acquire competence in new techniques. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Bachelor’s of Science degree in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, or related discipline. |

Job Duties
