This role is subject to flexible hybrid work arrangement (at manager's discretion at NYC office). All CRF employees must provide proof they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid exemption from being vaccinated.

*SUMMARY*
The Program Manager will be responsible for project managing the operations for the satellite and hands-on training programs at medical meetings sponsored by the Cardiovascular Research Foundation (CRF). This position will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including industry partners, to plan, procure and execute CRF’s satellite and training programs.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

  • Assists with the project management and operations for CRF’s satellite and hands-on training programs.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for training programs internally, including communicating with the appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure the programs are effectively and successfully executed on time and within budget.
  • Alongside the Sr. Manager, acts as the liaison for satellite and training program sponsors and commercial supporters.
  • In coordination with the Sr. Manager, defines and develops satellite and training programs’ scope, goals, plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborates with other internal departments to develop marketing and communication collaterals.
  • Collaborates with sponsors, internal staff, and vendors to ensure front-end/back-end systems are appropriately updated.
  • Works closely with our vendors to ensure material pertaining to CRF’s programs are a primary focus.
  • Conducts post service evaluations for satellite and training programs and compiles and analyzes registration and attendance data related to these programs.
  • Monitors trends in the healthcare industry to determine perspective program topics, or potential program sponsors.
  • Assists in all activities necessary to meet the department needs, including cross training other areas in the industry team such as exhibits, sponsorships, and unrestricted educational grants.
  • Attends CRF-sponsored and other related conferences where applicable.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

*QUALIFICATIONS*

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong focus on flexibility, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good follow-up and judgment. Must be able to prioritize.
  • Ability to organize time, projects, and other details.
  • Meeting planning experience a plus but not required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must possess excellent communication and writing skills, patience, professionalism and ability to effectively interact with staff and management alike.
  • Ability to analyze information and solve problems.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to listen and understand clients’ needs and manage expectations.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries and/or medical devices preferred.
  • Travel required.

*COMPENSATION*

The hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year. The annual salary that will ultimately be offered to the successful candidate will depend on job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
