Senior Director of Fundraising

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute agency fundraising strategies
• Direct and manage staff for 5 departments within the agency
• Create long-range and short-term strategic plans for fundraising activities to strengthen and diversify agency revenue streams
• Plan and oversee special fundraising campaigns, including capital campaigns and endowment campaigns
• Oversee development and outreach budgets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, advanced degree preferred
• CFRE preferred
• 10 years' progressive fundraising and supervision experience required
• History of soliciting single gifts of $10,000+ from corporations, foundations and individuals
