The Summer 2023 Internship Program will start with 2 weeks of part time hours (20 hrs/week) from Monday, May 22 through Friday, June 2. The remainder of the program will be full time hours (40 hrs/week) from Monday, June 5 through Friday, August 4.

The DEI team drives persistent leadership engagement, builds systemic organizational change, and improves the hiring and promotion of underrepresented groups. You will have the opportunity to help us achieve our goals by collaborating with business partners across multiple functions to build and refine DEI resources.

What you'll do
  • Work alongside our DEI team - as well as across the People Team to support our internal and external programs
  • Review and adapt US resources for our global employee population, primarily in our APJ region (Australia/Japan)
  • Develop a creative project plan to amplify our employment brand
This role requires
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program with an expected graduation date between December 2023-June 2025
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize appropriate tact and integrity
  • Strong passion and interest in DEI
Bonus points if you have
  • Major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Diversity or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in your school and/or community
  • Volunteering experience

Estimated Base Pay Range: $ 20.19 - $ 27
Consistent with New Relic's values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. The base pay range above represents a good faith estimate of the low and high end base pay range for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan (or, if a sales role, a commission plan as defined in the sales incentive plan document), participation in our stock equity plan, short- and long-term incentives, and other department-specific awards that may be applicable. In addition, New Relic provides a variety of benefits to employees. The range provided may also represent candidate ranges and may not reflect the full range or geographic differential for an individual tenured employee.
