THE PROGRAM

The Bridges NCRRC Program is designed for adults seeking to make the personal changes necessary to live a clean and sober productive life. The structured treatment services provide the individual with counseling and support components that include case management services, individualized treatment and recovery plans, weekly group meetings, education, and aftercare follow-up services. The program offers the recovery knowledge and tools to rebuild a healthy lifestyle. The program’s required participation is based on assessment, which is typically a minimum of six months to nine months and includes an initial diagnostic assessment. Clinical staff includes licensed mental health clinicians, certified drug and alcohol counselors and a consulting psychiatrist.

The Clinical Assistant Manager will assist the Program Manager in training and overseeing the clinical work of a multi-disciplinary team of therapists, case managers, rehabilitation staff, physicians, and administrative support persons. The Assistant Program Manager monitors and audits clinical records and ensures excellent quality mental health services and documentation. An example of tasks include:

· Provide supervision, education, and training and oversees the work product of all staff.

· Provide clinical direction to clinicians, registered and licensed.

· Ensure that Assessments, Client Plans, and all Progress Notes are completed in accordance with all district, county, state and federal standards and reflect quality care.

· Monitor all cases for progress, goals achieved and movement toward transition/termination.

· Ensure that the staff provides clinically sound, short term, goal oriented therapeutic interventions to all clients and families and that those services are adapted to the culture and strengths of the client and family.

· Assist therapists in developing transition plans and moving clients and families toward successful termination of services.

· Ensure that all unusual occurrences, critical incidents, and patient, staff, and stakeholder complaints are thoroughly investigated, documented, and responded to, according to Vista Hill and district policy, and applicable ethical and legal requirements.

· Ensure that therapists are informed of all procedural requirements.

· Ensures that the program is successfully meeting all contract objectives.

· Develop and implement a plan to address any areas needing improvement.

· Monitors, develops, and reports on Vista Hill and stakeholder performance outcome objectives and ensure that data is current and accurately recorded.

· Train staff on standards for completion of all outcome measures.

· Ensure that all Privacy Practice standards and ethical practice standards are implemented within the program.

· Provide routine audit of all medical records ensuring that records comply with all known documentation standards and procedural requirements.

· Submits monthly productivity report to the Director.

· Identifies and implements strategies to develop new program opportunities.

· Assists in the professional development of staff working towards licensure.

·Sets goals and benchmarks for staff to attain licensed status.

REQUIREMENTS

· Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or human behavior.

· State registration OR license for Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

· Experience working with children, youth and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

· Must be able to supervise and sign off on hours for Associate level clinicians.

· Must have knowledge of the cultural issues that can impact mental health treatment, be aware of Special Education law and requirements, and have an excellent understanding of the culture and challenges of school –based mental health.

Eligible candidates must be independently licensed for two years or more.

Must be able to pass a drug and background check, TB test, and meet COVID-19 vaccine requirements.

HOURS

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday school hours.

PAY

$32.50 per hour
