Job Description: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall success, growth, and development of the Kina'ole Family of Companies.


Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Develop high-quality business strategies and plans
  • Ensure strategy alignment with objectives
  • Lead with an example and motivate subordinates
  • Encourage employee engagement
  • Train a high performing managerial team
  • Oversee all operations and business activities
  • Make high quality investing decisions
  • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies
  • Ensure the company's complicity with legal and business ethics
  • Review financial and non-financial reports
  • Give advice for improvement and suggestions for solution
  • Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders
  • Maintain contact with important shareholders
  • Train, motivate and lead others
  • Analyze problematic situations and suggestion solutions
  • Keep abreast of the markets and industry trends
  • Performs other position-related duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred
  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, finance etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication
