Student Assistant - Lab Assistant

The successful applicant will be trained by lab staff to perform the following research: Lab organization/maintenance/cleanup, preparation of reagents, solutions and bacteriological media, dishwashing, and autoclaving.

Mouse Colony Research – Assist postdoctoral fellows with their projects.

RNA Research – Preparation of genomic DNA from eukaryotic cells, PCR amplification of DNA.

$12.00 per hour

Undergraduate student

Biochemistry and/or Microbiology lab coursework
