The Engagement, Outreach & Partnership Manager supports the Director of Events by developing strategic relationships with organizations, and community partners per the company’s overreaching objectives and strategic goals. The Manager must have the ability to plan and deploy independently to ensure all duties are completed accurately and executed promptly.
To support AHF’s mission of being community-driven, the Manager will identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, negotiate and finalize deals following company contract guidelines and policies, and create reliable financial reports and collect contributions on time.

To serve AHF’s target population, the manager will also work with marketing teammates to guarantee delivery of contractual partnership deliverables and create assets as needed. The Manager will coordinate with events teammates and others to establish engagement needs and outreach opportunities.

The Manager will support the team by supervising volunteers, community partners, contracted event staff, and AHF employees to ensure the event runs smoothly and AHF’s brand is on display.

The role will travel (up to 40%) to various regions to deploy on-site logistics and media initiatives for AHF expansions, campaigns, and programs through planning, development, and execution.

The Engagement, Outreach, and Partnership Manager should be a strategic thinker and proactive problem solver, who works with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Sponsorship and grant writing experience is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
