The University of Maine Foundation is an independent nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization based on the UMaine campus in Orono, Maine. Our mission is to encourage gifts and bequests to promote academic achievement, foster research, and elevate intellectual pursuits at the University of Maine and other charitable organizations.
We are searching for an organized and resourceful professional with exceptional customer service and computer skills to provide administrative and project support for our fundraising team.
Responsibilities may include: Preparing quarterly statistical reports, coordinating meetings, editing correspondence, planning advancement activities and events, project research, and interacting with Foundation staff, University constituents, donors, alums, and friends.
An Associate Degree, or a minimum of five years of administrative support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
