Description

 

The postdoc scholar will participate in several research projects pertinent to retinal diseases currently funded by the Dr. Gangaraju lab. This individual will also have the responsibility of carrying out independent research related to these projects.

 



Qualifications

 

Qualifications

PhD in Health Sciences not limited to Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Clinical and Experimental Therapeutics. The candidate must have acquired a solid publication record (at minimum one first author) and have excellent laboratory skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Candidates should have experience with the techniques of protein biochemistry, cell culture, microscopy, and animal experiments. Candidates with experience in vision science are highly preferred.
