McCourtney Hall, located on the east side of the Notre Dame campus near Hesburgh Library and Touchdown Jesus, is a beautiful 220,000-square-foot-building dedicated to molecular sciences and engineering research. As Facilities Assistant, you would support the Facilities Associate Program Director with the daily operations of the building and its occupants. This is a temporary position expected to last through the remainder of the calendar year 2022, potentially into 2023.
A sample of the required tasks are as follows:

- Receive and process incoming packages and mail and, sort to be delivered to the appropriate lab.
- Perform minor maintenance items throughout the building (such as replacing batteries in the faucets in the restrooms)
- Check McCourtney Hall conference rooms daily to ensure seating and technology are in order(all the chairs are in the room, the projector is off, dry-erase boards are wiped clean, projector remote is in the room, etc.)
- Assist and cooperate with building occupants and delivery persons.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Hours are M-F, 10 AM to 4 PM (hours may be flexible)

Minimum Qualifications
High School Graduate or GED Certificate
Basic computer knowledge
The qualified individual would be required to take and pass safety training courses.
