Administrative Assistant II, Admissions, Operations

Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II, ADMISSIONS, OPERATIONS, Sloan School of Management, to perform complex and diverse duties in support of admissions for the MBA, Early MBA, Master of Finance (MFin), Master of Business Analytics (MBAn), MSMS, and Sloan Fellows MBA (SFMBA) programs. Will provide administrative support for leadership and departmental projects; anticipate and initiate actions regarding office operations; act as first point of contact for telephone calls and emails; develop a broad understanding of work area policies and procedures in order to provide information, explanations, and instructions about the school and the Institute; triage communication and ensure inquiries are addressed and resolved; and analyze and interpret a variety of situations and determine the appropriate course of action.

Job Requirements:
REQUIRED: a high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years of administrative, office support, or related experience; ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment and gain a general understanding of one's own work and how it impacts operations outside own work unit; discretion and judgment with confidential information/issues; and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. PREFERRED:  bachelor’s degree and experience using the Technolutions Slate suite of products.   Job #21931-5
