Where you fit in
You will be responsible for engineering the data needs of the department, and will serve as liaison with information systems staff and other departments in the development, implementation, and support of systems.

Your exceptional skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Currency with microcomputer technologies and software
  • Cohesive team-building skills
  • Clear understanding of quality improvement process principles
  • Prepare, read, and interpret detailed reports
  • Function independently with no supervision
  • Analyze available information and formulate plans
  • Coordinates work activities with others
  • Ability to work in a team environment consisting of vendors, co-workers and physicians
  • Understanding of and adherence to all date and physician security and confidentiality policies and procedures
  • Knowledge and understanding of system analysis and design, system development tools and techniques, project definition and planning

Your exceptional qualifications

  • Prior experience with data extraction software. Experience teaching, training, presenting in 1-to-1 or small group settings. Candidate enjoys troubleshooting issues and finding solutions. Learns new systems with enthusiasm and relative ease.
  • Bachelors Degree or combination of technical training and experience is required
