Position: This position will be responsible for teaching survey and general chemistry courses, including organic chemistry, physical science, and other chemistry related courses and possibly physics at McCook Community College, a division of Mid-Plains Community College. MPCC is looking for someone to deliver engaging curriculum with high standards of excellence and someone that will be looking for innovative ways to take our program to the next level. This position will begin in the fall of 2024.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in chemistry or a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in chemistry. Knowledge and experience in the use of current educational technologies, including online instruction and interactive television is a priority. Background in physics is also helpful. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
