Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Online Learning, the Program Manager for Online
Programs provides administrative and programmatic assistance to the Director of
Online Learning. The incumbent works closely with the Graduate School of
Education online programs and manages their administrative systems, including
policies and procedures. The incumbent ensures timely and accurate input of
data and reporting. This position may require occasional evening and weekend
work hours.
Essential Functions
∙Works closely with the Director of Online Learning, Associate Dean, Dean,
Student Success Counselor, and other administrators and faculty to
provide cohesive, smooth operational delivery of online programs.
∙Develops, documents, implements, and evaluates internal processes and
procedures. Maintains, revises, and disseminates handbooks and
procedural guides with an eye for accuracy and efficiency. Establishes the
organizing structure of the office.
∙Plans, organizes, and manages document repository using Google Drive
and Google Suite applications.
∙Gathers and analyzes results from administered surveys and
communicates them to related stakeholders; Maintains records and
statistics for reports related to the Office of Online Learning. Maintains
continuity of work operations by discovering, analyzing/gathering
information, determining needs, documenting and communicating needed
actions to leadership.
∙Works with Division Chairs and the Student Success Counselor to ensure
accuracy in course offerings and projected course offerings.
∙Leads project management and prioritizes projects to optimize the
workflow of the office.
∙Schedules special events as needed with planning logistics, for in-person,
hyflex, and virtual gatherings.
∙Maintains up-to-date scheduling calendar for the Office of Online Learning.
∙Leads oversight of graduate assistants.

Required Qualifications: Education and Experience
∙ Bachelor’s degree
∙ A minimum of 2 years of administrative and direct customer service
experience in a school or educational setting
Required Qualifications: Knowledge and Skills
∙ Technical proficiency software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel,
Google Suite
∙ Ability to function independently as well as part of a team and able to
adapt to changes in priorities.
∙ Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
∙ Possess clear, effective, and diplomatic communication skills
∙ Exceptional interpersonal and relational skills, with an attitude of
enthusiasm when working with students, faculty, & staff
∙ Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and initiative in solving problems
∙ Ability to deal effectively with changes in priorities, unexpected events or
unanticipated demands
∙ Successful candidates should have a knowledge of and commitment to
the goals of Jesuit Education.
Preferred Qualifications
∙ Master’s degree in business, education, or related discipline
∙ Experience in project management
∙ Minimum of 5 years of administrative and direct customer service
experience, preferably in a school or educational setting
∙ Technical proficiency in specialized platforms such as Interfolio,
DegreeWorks, Banner, Slate, and Blackboard
Minimum Starting Salary: $70,000
Maximum Starting Salary: $85,000
Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
